You should stay in a long queue and give a bribe to someone in order to speed up the process, if you want to receive a document.
According to Arseniy Yatsenyuk(1), we are slowly moving towards the electronic system of documents and applications services.Approximately 20 % of the whole system works in an electronic form nowadays. But why should we deprive ourselves of the opportunity to stay in a queue and listen to “interesting life stories”. Aging people wouldn't like to argue with a computer, because it can’t give an answer. They can’t prove to a callous machine, that it was better during Joseph Stalin's (2) times and it was more stable during Viktor Yanukovych's(3) regime.

“The Government will less intervene in businessmen’s life and life of ordinary citizens”,-said Arseniy Yatsenyuk. But this is not true: the Government didn’t intervene in our lives before, when we needed it.
